CPO is the company that owns the network and the Stripe account. A CPO has sites under it. A site has stations. A group is a folder. Revenue from every site under a CPO goes to that CPO’s Stripe. If you are on a site or a group, you cannot connect Stripe. They make you accept an SSLA and finish the company profile first.
A new site gets a project code. Commission is: network the box, point OCPP at wss://ocpp.noodoe.com:443, reboot, stick the QR, scan it, enter the project code, type maker / kW / serial. Same path to steal a station from another network. Sales migrate mail is info@noodoe.com.
A driver does not need a membership. Scan the QR, pick a card, charge. Sites that want a closed club use an access code, a discount code, or an RFID card with a membership plan. Payter readers exist when they want tap-to-pay on the pedestal. Taiwan also has LINE Pay and Apple Pay, plus Plug-and-Charge.
Load is how they sell more plugs than the panel can feed. Demand charges are the pain they name on LinkedIn. Energy Management adds solar, battery, and peak shaving on the same platform. API is how a property or fleet system talks to EV OS without living in their dashboard.
Two phone lines, two jobs. Driver 1-888-222-6618. Site, partner, electrician 1-877-372-3867 (they print it as 1-877-372-EVOS). Email techsupport@noodoe.com. A driver who cannot start a charge is not the same case as an electrician who cannot commission.
What we should write in Salesforce
New site, pricing, demo, or a fresh EV-charger permit → lead, then a ninety-minute conversation.
A property, fleet, dealer, or another charging brand → company. The person who runs the site, the electrician, the dealer contact → person.
Station down, Stripe, QR, access code, migrate → case. Say which line they should use. Never promise a Noodoe truck in the US.
Taiwan home AC, HOA, or “someone come look at my garage” → Zappoint, not the US calendar.
Cancel is a note. Do not delete the visit.
